All good things must come to an end...

We've had a great run, haven't we? Nothing gave us greater joy than to serve great food to our wonderful community. Thank you all for your love and support. Chef Steven is retiring from the kitchen after many years, and the Bamboo Chopstick will be closed as of 3/1/12. It can also be said that he is the Bamboo Chopstick, and what it stands for. High quality, DIY ethic, the American dream. But, as you all know from Chef Steven's history, the story isn't over. Here are some possibilities coming in the near future:

• New business for Chef Steven
• A cookbook/blog/vlog
• Chef Steven lecture series on the American Dream
• Supermarket brand of foods

Until then, we're looking for worthy restauranteurs to take over the business. Some perks include rental deals (he owns the shopping center), training, and advice. Please come and talk to Chef Steven for details. For the truly ambitious, Chef Steven is also entertaining bids for the shopping center and restaurant together.
